Visitors who click your published advertisement can open your property page, business website or project landing page. Choose a useful, working destination that matches your creative.
Keep your advertisement up to date
Need to refresh your image or change the destination URL? Open My advertisements in your dashboard, choose Edit image / URL, and submit your replacement creative or new link. Our team will review the change before updating your live advertisement. Allow up to 3 days for review. Your current approved version stays visible during review, with the same booked boxes and original expiry date. Changing the image or URL does not restart or extend your display period.
From choosing a spot to going live
- Select available boxes and check the live price estimate.
- Choose a start day, month and year, select 1–120 months within the next 10 years, and preview a JPG, PNG or WebP creative.
- Enter your brand name and destination URL here, confirm permission and sign in if needed. Your selection and text are saved on this device; choose your image again after login.
- Save your booking request from the same panel. Availability, content and payment must be confirmed before publication. The selected dates are fixed. Approved advertisements appear from their booked start date, or after approval if later, and stop at the booked end date. Allow up to 3 days for review after payment confirmation; choose a future start date if you need time for approval.
Visibility, with clear expectations
This is a paid advertising placement, not a lead package. We do not guarantee impressions, views, clicks, enquiries, bookings, sales, search rankings or return on your spend. Results depend on visitor traffic, your creative, your offer and the destination page. Placement does not mean UrbenLife endorses or verifies the advertiser.
Choosing boxes or submitting a request does not reserve them or publish an advertisement. Online payment is available only after a payment gateway is connected; a displayed estimate or payment button alone is not payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal. Future bookings reserve specific dates only after payment and admin confirmation. You cannot renew over another advertiser’s confirmed period.
Booking & refund key notes
Once payment is verified and your booking is confirmed, the selected boxes and dates are assigned to you. Your creative is reviewed before it appears. Allow up to 3 days for review; future advertisements appear during their confirmed date range.
Confirmed advertising bookings are non-refundable for a later change of mind, dissatisfaction with advertising results, or a decision not to use the space. You can request image or URL changes from your dashboard, subject to approval, without extending your booked dates.
If UrbenLife cannot provide the confirmed placement, or there is a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact support for review under the refund policy and applicable consumer rights. This note does not exclude remedies required by law. No views, clicks, leads or sales are guaranteed.

Who can advertise?
Property owners, agents, brokers, builders and relevant businesses may request a placement, subject to content review and the advertising terms.
Can I choose the whole wall?
Yes, when all 152 boxes are available. The full-grid option refers to the advertising canvas, not the visitor’s entire browser screen.
Why do the boxes look smaller on my phone?
Each box is a 100 × 100 pixel design and pricing unit. The 19-column, 8-row canvas scales to fit your screen so you can see every spot without scrolling sideways. Use a simple creative that remains readable at smaller sizes.
What should my creative include?
Use a recognisable image or logo, a short message and accurate information. Only upload content you have permission to use. Avoid tiny text and misleading claims. Include applicable registration details where required.
Can I change my image or destination URL?
Yes. Submit the new image or URL from My advertisements in your dashboard. Updates require admin approval. The current approved advertisement stays live during review; your booked boxes and original expiry date stay the same. Allow up to 3 days for admin review. If an admin finds incorrect or unsuitable content, they can request corrections with feedback, pause the advertisement or remove it. Check your dashboard for the reason and resubmit the requested changes.
Can I book future months or a full year?
Yes. Choose your start day, month and year, then select at least one month or use the one-year option. All booked dates must fit within the next 10 years. The calendar shows reservations for your chosen boxes. A one-month booking starting 12 October ends on 11 November; the next advertiser can start on 12 November. Dates use India Standard Time. Full 12-month blocks use the annual rate; remaining months use the monthly rate, plus 18% GST.
Can I renew my advertisement?
Book another available date range from the advertising page. Renewal depends on date availability and the applicable price; existing bookings have priority. Cancellation and refund requests follow the published policy.
