Use the correct city, locality, purpose, property type and unit configuration. Do not create repeated listings for the same unit or impersonate an owner. Administrators may also post properties and must enter the genuine advertiser\u2019s authorised contacts.<\/p><\/section><section><h3>Describe the property accurately<\/h3><p>Provide current price or monthly rent, area basis, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, project status, possession, amenities and applicable RERA details. State extra charges, maintenance, deposits and brokerage transparently. Do not imply regulatory approval or verification that has not occurred.<\/p><\/section><section><h3>Photographs and privacy<\/h3><p>Upload up to 10 JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 5 MB each. Use photographs you have permission to publish. Avoid contact overlays, misleading edits and copyrighted material. Do not upload identity documents or private financial information. The primary image counts toward the ten-photo limit.<\/p><\/section><section><h3>Review and enquiries<\/h3><p>Submissions are pending until administrator approval. Subscription access does not guarantee approval. Maintain availability and contact information.
