Free and optional services
Property browsing and buyer/tenant enquiries are free. Publishers receive two free successful property submissions. Standard posting access, wall placements and featured-property promotions are separate services. Choosing one does not include the others unless the selected offer explicitly says so.

Estimates and tax details
The website shows a base amount, 18% GST estimate and final amount for the selected service. Your confirmed order records the agreed service, dates and price. Confirm applicable billing details and tax documents with the operator. Invoices use the operator and customer billing details recorded for the transaction. Contact support if any invoice detail needs correction.
Payment state and reservations
The payment gateway is not currently connected. Save booking request creates an unpaid order and does not charge you. Administrators can record an independently verified transaction reference. For scheduled wall advertising, verified payment and confirmation can reserve dates while artwork approval is pending. An unpaid selection gives no priority over a confirmed booking.
Dates, access and activation
Posting access runs for the duration selected at purchase, measured from activation. Available plans and current prices are shown before you submit a request. Featured promotions run for the selected 7, 30 or 90 days. Scheduled wall advertising has fixed start/end dates in IST and runs only when approved. A one-month wall interval starting 12 October runs through 11 November. Each full 12-month block uses the annual rate; other months use the monthly rate. No automatic renewal or silent extension is applied.
Payment safety and records
Use only a payment method explicitly confirmed by UrbenLife. Do not pay a stranger claiming to activate a listing or banner. Never share an OTP, password or full card details with support. Keep the order number, receipt and verified transaction reference. UrbenLife platform charges are separate from any property deposit, rent or brokerage paid to an advertiser.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
A confirmed advertising booking is non-refundable for a later change of mind or lack of results. Image and URL edits remain available subject to review. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, inability to deliver the confirmed service and statutory remedies are reviewed under Cancellation & Refunds. Admin removal does not automatically issue a refund.
