A complete, accurate listing helps the right buyer or tenant understand your property. Follow these standards when posting, editing or keeping availability up to date.
Who can list a property
A verified publisher account is required for owners, agents, brokers, channel partners, mandate marketing companies and builders. Complete the relevant personal and business profile information before posting. You must own the property or have current authorisation to advertise it. Administrators may publish authorised listings. Self-selected roles do not prove authority.
Required listing information
- Use a specific property or project name and a factual description.
- Choose Buy or Rent as the listing purpose, then the correct residential or commercial property type.
- Enter city and Area / Locality separately so the listing can appear in relevant location searches.
- Give price, area and area basis; specify whether rental price is monthly.
- Add accurate contact name, phone and email, plus material charges or restrictions.
- Include relevant unit configurations, status, amenities, possession details and applicable registration information.
Photos, maps and specifications
Upload up to 10 JPG, PNG or WebP photos per listing: one main photo and up to nine additional photos, each within 5 MB. Use images you have permission to publish. Clearly identify renders, sample units and illustrative images. Do not misrepresent the photographed property. Place the map pin accurately and confirm the address. Uploaded images may be accessible through their media URLs; do not upload identity documents or confidential mandates.
Registrations and advertising authority
Provide applicable RERA project or agent registration details accurately. A blank field is not a claim of exemption. Where project advertising rules apply, include required registration information and the relevant authority reference. Do not advertise an unregistered project where registration is required. Agents, brokers and builders must give truthful firm and mandate details without publishing confidential agreements.
Review, corrections and edits
New submissions await admin review. Administrators can approve, reject, request corrections or suspend a listing and provide feedback in your dashboard. Editing a property hides it until approval is completed, including edits to an already published property. Use Edit and the private Preview to check it before resubmitting. A resubmission does not consume a new posting credit.
Availability and fair use
Mark properties Sold, Rented or Not Available when appropriate. Such listings stop appearing publicly but remain in your history with their enquiries. Owners do not have a dashboard delete action. Re-listing requires approval. Avoid duplicates, invented inventory, keyword stuffing, fake prices, unauthorised contact details and repeated spam submissions.
Free submissions and paid posting
Publisher accounts start with two free successful property submissions. Pending submissions count toward those credits. Removing, rejecting or marking a listing unavailable does not reset used credits. After two submissions, an active posting plan is needed for additional new listings. Unlimited standard posting is subject to genuine inventory, moderation and anti-abuse controls; featured advertising is separate.
Lead use and reporting
An enquiry shares the customer’s provided name, phone, email and message with the listing advertiser after consent. Use these details to respond to that property enquiry, protect exported files and do not sell contacts or send unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis. Report infringement, impersonation or inaccurate content to support with the property ID.
Support & business information
Membership and enquiry access
Your first two added properties are permanently the free listings; they cannot be switched or replaced. Sold, unavailable or removed properties do not restore a free slot. Eligible listings can remain published without monthly renewal. Previously unlocked enquiries remain accessible. After membership expires, new enquiries on additional listings are locked, including customer details, messages and property names, until membership activation. A daily summary is sent only when there are new locked enquiries. Availability confirmation is required after 90 days without active membership or availability confirmation. Owners cannot delete listings; use the availability controls. Featured placements and wall advertisements retain their separate durations.
